Course Description

Suzanne will guide you in the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra, also called meditative sleep yoga, provides great relaxation for the body and mind. Accessible to everyone, it’s a very simple practice. You are lying comfortably and all you have to do is listen. One hour of Yoga Nidra practice has the same restorative effects as several hours of regular sleep.
