Rules for using Relais plein air spaces
Rules for using reception spaces and services - to offer access to the spaces, amenities and services of the Relais plein air in an economical, sustainable, responsible and equitable manner to as many visitors as possible; - to prevent conflicts of use and optimize the quality of the experience for the majority of visitors. Reservation and reception of groups of more than 10 people Groups of 10 people or more must reserve spaces, equipment and services required before coming to the Relay. reservations@relaispleinair.ca Parking spaces Parking spaces at the Relais plein air are limited. It is therefore recommended to use active modes of transport, public transport and carpooling to get there. The parking spaces at the Gatineau Park Relais plein air are reserved for visitors to the Relais plein air and Gatineau Park. Groups of 10 or more people arriving by bus, minibus or car must notify the Relais plein air in advance of their visit to ensure the availability of the required parking spaces. Tables and chairs in the dining room and terrace Citizens and visitors can occupy the tables and chairs in the dining room and the terrace to rest and eat their own homemade snacks for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Groups of 10 visitors or more
It is strictly forbidden to bring your own food and drinks unless you have previously obtained permission in the context of a reservation for one of the sections of the dining room or the terrace. BBQ also available by reservation at a rate of $50/hour . |
