Rules for Use of Spaces and Visitor Services

Reservations and Reception of Groups of More Than 10 People
Groups of 10 or more people must reserve the spaces, equipment and services
they require before arriving at the Relais. reservations@relaispleinair.ca
Parking Spaces
Parking spaces at the Relais plein air are limited. We therefore recommend using active transportation, public transit and carpooling to get here.
Parking spaces at the Relais plein air in Gatineau Park are reserved for visitors to the Relais plein air and Gatineau Park.
Groups of 10 or more people arriving by bus, minibus or car must notify the Relais plein air in advance of their visit to ensure that the required parking spaces are available.
Dining Room and Terrace Tables and Chairs
Residents and visitors may use the dining room and terrace tables and chairs to rest and enjoy their own homemade snacks for up to 30 minutes.
- Residents and visitors who plan to use the tables and chairs for more than 30 minutes must supplement their homemade snacks with beverages or other items from our food service.
- Bringing in food prepared by another food service provider is strictly prohibited.
Groups of 10 or More Visitors
- must reserve a section at least 48 hours in advance,
- must purchase items from our food service, or pay a rental fee of $130/hour per section before arriving at the Relais if they wish to bring their own food.
- Fireplace section for groups of 19 to 30 people,
- Central section for groups of 10 to 24 people,
- Café and Terrace section. This section is reserved for visitors using the food service. It may only be reserved outside public opening hours.
Bringing your own food and beverages is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained as part of a reservation for one of the dining room or terrace sections. A BBQ is also available by reservation at a rate of $50/hour.
