Relais Plein Air aims to make outdoor activities accessible to everyone in society by offering tailored inclusive programs for people facing hardship, seniors, single-parent families, teenagers, newcomers, and people with disabilities of all kinds. We also offer several activities and events free of charge, so everyone can enjoy the outdoors.
This mission is made possible thanks to the commitment of many volunteers, as well as the support of partners and community members who believe in the importance of making the outdoors accessible to all.
Proud of how far we’ve come, we hope to continue improving our services and facilities to offer quality experiences to everyone. Your presence at Relais and your financial support allow us to give back directly to the community. Every year, we support many sporting and recreational events, offer free, adapted activities, and help hundreds of children discover cross-country skiing through our equipment and welcome team.
You can support our mission by becoming a volunteer or making a donation. Your support helps us extend our opening hours, improve our facilities, and make our activities even more accessible.
Thank you for your support. Together, let’s make the outdoors accessible to all.

A rental service with personalized support tailored to your needs
When you rent adaptive equipment, you will be guided during your first outing. A Relais Plein Air guide will help you set it up safely, familiarize you with the equipment, and ensure the experience is right for your needs. This is our way of providing you with a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience.
How does it work
-
Before your first visit
Complete the inclusive and accessible activities profile form. Once we receive the form, our kinesiologist may contact you to assess your request. -
First outing
Your companion will assist you—with setup, equipment orientation, and a check of your abilities before departure. -
Do you not need assistance?
Indicate this on your form—the team will review your request and confirm whether you can rent the equipment without a companion.
At all times, the team reserves the right to refuse access if there is a risk to your safety. Some equipment may have specific safety instructions, which will be provided to you during your first outing.
