Refund policy

EQUIPMENT RENTAL – Modification, Cancellation and Refund

By the customer:

  • No refunds will be issued for equipment rentals.
  • Up to 24 hours before the start of the activity: You may reschedule your reservation to another available date. You can make this change yourself by following the instructions in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to assess the weather and make the decision accordingly.
  • Less than 24 hours before the start of the activity: Reservations can no longer be modified.
  • If a change in equipment size is needed, it will be made subject to inventory availability.

By Relais Plein Air:

  • Rain, general bad weather, or poor winter trail conditions are not valid reasons for Relais Plein Air to cancel or modify reservations.

  • The following reasons — among others — may justify a cancellation or modification by Relais Plein Air:

    • Dangerous weather conditions (strong winds, thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, torrential rain);
    • Closure of Gatineau Park, or of certain sections or trails (summer or winter);
    • Public health measures;
    • Any other case of force majeure.
    • If your reservation is cancelled or modified by Relais Plein Air, you may reschedule to another available date free of charge.

Delays, Breakage, Loss and Theft

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period and agrees to return it at the agreed date and time, in the same condition as when it was received.
  • In case of breakage, loss, or theft, the customer will be charged for the cost of replacement parts and labour.
  • A late arrival at the start of your rental is your responsibility and will not be compensated by an extension or adjustment to the reserved time.
  • A late return of the equipment will incur a $50/hour fee if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.

SALE OF PHYSICAL GOODS

(maps, day passes, apparel, and other physical items)

  • All physical items purchased online must be picked up at the Relais Plein Air reception (397 Bd de la Cité-des-Jeunes). No shipping or delivery will be provided.
  • All sales of physical goods, whether purchased online or in person, are final. No returns or refunds will be issued.

RELAIS YOGA – Seasonal Subscriptions

  • No refund less than 7 days before the session start date.
  • Partial refund more than 7 days before the session start date, with a $20 + tax administrative fee retained.
  • The promo code applies only to 8- and 12-week sessions.

  • A $10 discount is offered:

    • when purchasing two classes in the same session;
    • or for a second subscription from the same household.
    • To apply the discount, both classes must be in the same cart and the code YOGAA2 must be used.
  • The cost of the session includes two permitted absences, acknowledging life’s unpredictability.
  • From now on, only one make-up class is permitted per session.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND MINIMUM AGE

By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to the use of your electronic signature in place of a handwritten signature and confirm that you are at least 16 years old as of the date of signature.
