More freedom for your travels

Do you want to move more freely with your manual wheelchair? The Track Wheel is an ideal solution.

Compatible with most standard manual wheelchairs, it attaches to the front to raise the small wheels and improve stability. The Track Wheel takes over to offer more agility and fluidity on different types of terrain.

Tackle obstacles with confidence:

  • Cracks in sidewalks or asphalt
  • Rocks and grassy surfaces
  • Loose ground and slight inclines
  • The Track Wheel allows you to explore nature and enjoy the outdoors with ease.

    Important information:

    • Several adjustments are available, including for children
    • Only compatible with manual wheelchairs
    • Straps and helmet included
    • Wheelchair not included
    • Wearing a helmet and straps is mandatory
    • Equipment adjustment is personalized according to the wheelchair model and may take some time. We recommend arriving in advance for a better experience.

Please note that good upper body strength (torso, abdominals, and arms) as well as good movement coordination are necessary to use the equipment effectively.

Please fill out this form after your reservation.

By completing it, you allow us to better understand your needs so that we can guide you, support you, and offer you an optimal experience at Relais Plein Air.

A rental service with personalized support tailored to your needs

The rental of adapted equipment includes accompaniment during the first outing. A Relais Plein Air staff member will assist you with a safe setup, help you become familiar with the equipment, and ensure the experience is tailored to your needs. This is how we provide a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience.

How it works:

  1. Before your first visit: Please complete the Inclusive and Adapted Activities Profile Form (link here). Once the form is received, our kinesiologist may contact you to assess your request.
  2. First outing: Your attendant will take care of you — including setup, familiarization with the equipment, and verifying your abilities before departure.

Don’t need accompaniment?
Please indicate this in your form — our team will review your request and confirm whether you can rent the equipment independently.

The team reserves the right to refuse access at any time if there is a risk to your safety. Some equipment may have specific safety instructions, which will be presented to you during your first outing.
