Do you have mobility challenges? No problem! Come and rent our high-end Excelerator handcycle.
Several adjustments are available, including for children.
Straps and helmet are included.
The setup of this equipment is customized according to the wheelchair model, which may take some time. We recommend arriving early to ensure the best possible experience.
You will be accompanied by a Relais Plein Air staff member, who will assist you with a safe setup and guide you through the basic maneuvers.
Please note that good upper body strength (torso, core, and arms) is required to propel the bike. Good coordination is also necessary.

A rental service with personalized support tailored to your needs
The rental of adapted equipment includes accompaniment during the first outing. A Relais Plein Air staff member will assist you with a safe setup, help you become familiar with the equipment, and ensure the experience is tailored to your needs. This is how we provide a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience.
How it works:
- Before your first visit: Please complete the Inclusive and Adapted Activities Profile Form (link here). Once the form is received, our kinesiologist may contact you to assess your request.
- First outing: Your attendant will take care of you — including setup, familiarization with the equipment, and verifying your abilities before departure.
Don’t need accompaniment?
Please indicate this in your form — our team will review your request and confirm whether you can rent the equipment independently.
The team reserves the right to refuse access at any time if there is a risk to your safety. Some equipment may have specific safety instructions, which will be presented to you during your first outing.
Loans are also offered to organizations and schools.
