Yoga and therapeutic balls - seasonal subscription

This class facilitates the complementarity of yoga and self-massage with TuneUp therapeutic balls. The <Roll Model Method> will be followed. This promotes the release of muscle tension and deep tissues, while freeing breathing. The stress carried by the body is thus reduced, facilitating accelerated recovery, better joint range of motion, aligned posture and increased performance. Balls are provided and cleaned at each class.

Purchase and Refund Policy

No refund less than 7 days before the start of the session. Partial refund more than 7 days before the start of the session, administrative fees of $20 + taxes will be retained. The discount code applies to 8 and 12 week sessions. $10 discount for the purchase of 2 classes in the same session or $10 discount for a second subscription in the same family. You must put the 2 classes in the same cart and apply the code YOGAA2.

The cost of the session includes 2 "absence" courses taking into account life's unforeseen events. Only one course retake is allowed from now on.
