Accessible to all, energizing flow yoga offers a sustained sequence of postures coordinated with breathing. This dynamic practice allows participants to develop flexibility, strength, and focus while activating the flow of energy throughout the body.

Purchase and Refund Policy

No refunds less than 7 days before the start of the session. Partial refunds more than 7 days before the start of the session, an administrative fee of $20 + taxes will be retained. The discount code applies to 8 and 12-week sessions. $10 discount for the purchase of 2 classes in the same session or $10 discount for a second subscription from the same family. You must put both classes in the same cart and apply the code YOGAA2.

The cost of the session includes two "absence" classes to take into account life's unforeseen circumstances. Only one repeat class is now permitted.
