Suzanne will guide you through the practice of Yoga Nidra, a deeply guided relaxation. Yoga Nidra, also called “yogic sleep,” provides profound relaxation for both body and mind. Accessible to everyone, it is a very simple practice: you lie comfortably and just listen. One hour of Yoga Nidra practice has the same restorative effects as several hours of ordinary sleep.
