4-Class Yoga Tupe Up®Series
Yoga Tune Up® sessions integrate yoga, physical conditioning, and self-massage using therapeutic balls to build muscular resilience and effectively manage areas of tension or pain. Breath awareness and a healing intention are at the core of the practice.
Each class focuses on a specific area of the body, the associated muscles, and their various directions of movement. A self-massage segment helps increase proprioception in the targeted area, release accumulated tension, and enhance circulation. This is followed by a sequence of specialized therapeutic postures and movements designed to improve overall physical fitness and, more specifically, the strength, alignment, dynamic stability, and joint mobility of the targeted region. Each session concludes with a short Yoga Nidra, allowing for deep relaxation.
The Yoga Tune Up® approach is progressive: the practice prepares the body for more complex postures over time. Participants are offered options to decrease or increase effort, while respecting proper alignment, individual physiology, and current abilities.
Yoga Tune Up® promotes optimal performance and appropriate adaptation to sports activities as well as to the demands of everyday life.

No refunds less than 7 days before the start of the session.
Partial refund available more than 7 days before the start of the session; a $20 administrative fee + taxes will be withheld.
The discount code applies to the 8- and 12-week sessions.
A $10 discount is offered when purchasing 2 classes within the same session, or a $10 discount for a second membership within the same family.
